There is a known Intel issue, which is resolved by installing the latest drivers from the Intel website.
As a work-around EnGenius added a function in the AX AP’s to disabled AX support. By disabling the AX support the clients – with old drivers – can connect. This function is available for the AX AP’s managed locally, managed via SkyKey, ezMaster VM or by the cloud. It is not supported inside the ezMaster/enSky inside the EWS switches.
